Founded in 2024 by designer Pei-wen Jessica Tan and developer Joseph Thaddeus Dvorak, Tanddeus Design and Development, LLC offers top-tier web development services to clients around the globe.

As a Google-certified UI/UX Designer, Pei-wen places accessibility and usability at the forefront of each design she crafts. Also evident in her creations is her keen eye for design and her creative vision, traits honed through her experience as a digital illustrator and a traditional artist.

As a programmer with broad experience across many programming languages and environments, Joseph brings Pei-wen's designs to life, emphasizing precision, performance, reliability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Outside of work, Pei-wen and Joseph enjoy hiking in beautiful Southern California and playing classical music together.
